Get started

Request a management proposal

Tell us about your property — location, type, number of units and current status — and we will come back with an achievable rental assessment and a management proposal.

Fees are quoted transparently as a percentage of collected rent, with no charge while a unit is vacant.

Share a few details and our management team will respond within one working day.

FAQ

Management questions, answered

What does management cost?

Fees are a percentage of rent collected and depend on property type, number of units and scope. We quote clearly in writing before you commit.

How often do I receive rent?

Rent is remitted according to the collection cycle agreed in your management agreement, with a statement showing income, deductions and any works carried out.

Who approves repairs?

You set a spend limit. Anything below it is handled immediately to protect the property; anything above it needs your written approval.

Can you manage a property I bought elsewhere?

Yes. We manage properties we did not sell, subject to an initial condition and documentation assessment.
