How quickly can a viewing be arranged?
Most viewings in Accra and Tema can be confirmed within 24 to 48 hours, subject to occupier access.
Can someone view on my behalf?
Yes. We regularly host family members or representatives and share a full video and photo report afterwards.
Will I be told the price at the viewing?
Yes. Pricing, payment terms and any negotiation room are shared directly with you once you enquire.
Is there a charge for viewings?
No. Viewings and walkthroughs are free and carry no obligation.
